Alarm when phone is set to vibrate

I have my phone set to vibrate most of the time. This morning my alarm did not go off. I have play alarm in silent mode turned on. Anything else I can do?

Did you try if it works fine now? Just set the alarm to go off in the next minute and see what happens.

And right underneath that, make sure you checked the alarm volume. May sound stupid but there are apps that modify that profile without you realizing it. I can silence mine and the alarm plays as expected.

Not because you need it, but what I did when wanting to ensure my stuff was configured correctly from a volume standpoint was grab Slider Widget
And well, it was really a good way for me to visually see that I could have my phone on vibrate or silent and see right there that the Alarm volume was still at whatever I felt like setting it at. For those who like widgets, it's really handy to have.
