Alarms not opening when phone is in Do Not Disturb (P20)

I had a system update 2 days ago now, and since that update my alarms will not go off when I have Do Not Disturb enabled anymore. Does anyone have a workaround or fix for this? Thanks!

So thats what has caused me to be late for work the last 2 days in a row! Could not for the life of me work out why my alarm was activating but not playing any sound/vibrating

If you go into do not disturb in the options then go onto advanced options you can set what can disturb it so you can have it that alarms can disturb it
