Alarms/Timer not working after android update

[Android Central Question]

Sorry if this is not an appropriate place for this type of question, but i don't know where else to ask.

I use a alarm up called ultrachron that has stopped working after an android update...

The particle feature that stopped working after the update was the alarm sounding after i minimized the app and used another up.

What would happen before the update was i would set and alarm and then i would use another app then after the alarm sounded it would bring me back to the ultrachron alarm app.....

So here is my question... is there some new "feature" in the android OS that prevents this from happening???.

This same thing happened a few years ago and the only way i could fix it was to buy a new phone.......

Is there another place anyone could recommend getting support or information on this?

I have reinstalled the app and i have sent an email to the app makers support, but with no help.

I have Android Verion 10, Build number QP1A. 190711.0200.

Have you made sure all permission are enabled?

Welcome to the forums. That Ultrachron app hasn't been updated since November 2016 so it looks like the devs pretty much abandoned it. I think your best option could be to look for another app that includes similar features.
