Question What is this LG G2 theme???!!

Alright, a bit of backstory because I'm new here and want to give it anyway;
Around last year I thought back to my old devices, and (as assumed) most were android, though I remember something particular with mine.
Unsure if the carrier was Verizon/Straighttalk/Whatever free wireless was at the time around 2014-2015, but after some research, I can with (shaky) confirmation say it was an LG G2/released with similar software..
But the point is it was an LG, had an LG bootup screen, and shared an annoying alarm I found that debuted in that model. (lg g2 choir good morning)

Anyway, I vaguely remember this theme, or more specifically the "pocky scrollwheel." Being the only option of an available theme that was pre-installed on the device, I had no clue how to install themes in the first place; and (we had 2 of these.) so, both devices had this option.
It was the only theme available and looking for it even just a picture of it; yields absolutely no results, infact!
In looking for the results I came across this forum, so I'm hoping someone out there recognizes something similar to this.

More information to add on:
The theming thing was I believe directly in settings, no external apps; like I said, I didn't even know you could install themes(until I came across this forum while trying to find it)
The dates I had this phone specifically is a muddy 2015 at the earliest, I don't know if any other models came out, or one cheaper with the software LG was carrying at the time. But the ringtone was my loosest connection, so I thought to atleast start there and work my way up.
