I know there are several threads regarding how to add them but my problem is more than half of my album arts are shown all scrabled - off colors or all colors are scrambled together. About a third are shown properly. I've tried three different music players - stock, Mixzing, Double Twist and all do the same while my laptop shows everything correctly. I was wondering if this is related to slow data transfer rate of the stock microsd card (mine is Samsung Class 2). Do you think it's worth trying upgrade the microsd to faster one i.e. class 4 or 6. Anyone has similar problem? solution?

When saving cover art into ID3, save as UTF-16.

I use the stock card and manually transferred all my media files. When I used other apps like double twist all my media showed no album art and were scrambled in different genres and artists, even after I checked to make sure all my media files had correct info since purchasing them from the zune marketplace.

Not sure what could be causing the distorted album arts on yours, maybe try manually copy testing some media files and see if that works? I had to manually open each album file folder through my pc while connected to the evo for the evo to recognize the full album art. It was very annoying, but all my song files have art now.

I did connected my evo to my laptop and manually went through the album art with MP3tag software I downloaded. Like I said it shows up fine on my laptop but things get scrambled distorted on evo no matter what I do. I'll try UTF-16 tonight and see what happens.

OK... I fixed the problem by going into Mixzing menu on my Evo and by reseting the album art cache.
