Is there a way to create individual folders in which to store photographs ?

I think only if you manage them over the computer. Or. If you get Picasa, maybe You can upload to specific webalbums.

maybe you can use a File Manager app (I recommend Estrongs File Explorer) to create new Folders and move photographs into them.
though I don't know how to tell your Ray to save new photos directly in the user-created folders... It has to be done afrer you shoot
