Alcatel 5003D_EEA keeps shutting down and requiring factory reset periodically

Is there a way to prevent it? Restoring from a Google Drive back-up is simple enough, but it can happen at a bad time.

by the way, a suggestion: maybe make "Log in or Sign up" visible on the main page, the green menu isn't very noticeable.
