Alcatel 903 Will not boot to OS.

Hi,
I am having a problems with my Alcatel One Touch 903 device. When turned on the device shows the "Android" logo and the "Alcatel One Touch" logo then the device flashes a white screen then turns black/off. I have tried the "Power and Volume up" reset to factory but it does not effect anything. I have not tried the sd card reset yet because i do not have a img for the device. I need a way to boot to the OS and fix the device. Any help is appreciated, Feel free to ask any questions about my post.

1. "Factory reset" is a misnomer - it just deletes any additions/changes you've made to the phone. (So I hope you have anything important backed up, because it's no on the phone any longer.)

2. Evidently there is no Android OS on the phone any more, just the recovery OS. I doubt that you'll be able to find a file to flash for a 6 year old phone, but buying a better phone, gently used, shouldn't cost much. It's only worth about Rs. 5890, or US$87 or 4570 Philippine Pisos. You should be able to find something for half that price now. Or less.
