It's been a while. Anyway I have an Alcatel a30 fierce phone that I love. But the screen got shattered . Anyone know how I can replace it ? Input would be appreciated . Thanks to

I found this video -- good luck!

I don't know if you watched the video but I had a couple of questions. At 3:56 into the video what is that tool the guy is using? Second are the phones so forgiving that you can use metal tools on them? I could never see myself using metal tools on a computer. I've always assumed the components are close to the same.
Anyway thanks for finding that it looks pretty straight forward. Even if I mess up it already doesn't work.
It would have been ok if I just dropped it. When I went to look for it in took a step back and heard the crunch.
Anyway thanks again

That looks like a heat gun. The idea is to heat things up enough that the adhesive loosens up. In other YouTube videos about phone repair that I've seen (like those from Hugh Jeffreys), they often use a heating plate instead, like this one: https://www.amazon.com/Separator-Desoldering-Cellphone-Separating-Perheating/dp/B08Y7P728F

I've never done phone repair, but apart from using metal screwdrivers, I'd probably lean towards using durable plastic tools to avoid the risk of causing short circuits.
