On this particular device it recieves msgs from random sources like Nurses Jobs,Directions & others. You can see it but if you toggle off it is gone not there. The old phone signals a lot involved though wondering if anyone had a view or better understanding.

What do you mean by "toggle off"? Are you certain these are real SMS messages, or could they be fake popups that are designed to look like notifications?

Hry B.diddy should'nt even say toggle back button or any button you have to push something to get it off screen. Those phones open up msg when available,Remember its was made early 2014 2015 25 Aus basicallly a burner. There real msgs coming in,Like a agency that supplies work so ones a nursing agency sending out hrly jobs and location. Others just weird its not a option to click on or see it again. Real ghost msgs. The phone is 100% Unencrypted though just curious to confiem some Possibilities

Oh, it's a featurephone. Not sure how much help you'll get here about that, since we're mostly Android here. Does the phone have its own SIM card, or are you swapping a current SIM card from your main phone to this phone? Or is that a CDMA phone (which wouldn't have a SIM)? The point is that if it has its own number, then that number is probably on a bunch of spam lists, which is why you'd only be seeing those random spam texts on that phone.

Ohh yes sorry android Crap feature,Still Thought someone might have more oversight then me.
Pre paid not connected to my other number,I thought maybe was thr Health System here as there ICT is always lagging like The dark ages so with that phone it picked up signals. Quite aware of what was scams or phising attempts usually attempted by calling or a ring back wirh this one. Though the Nursing jobs are 100% legit so was curious as to why there on the not. Not a massive issue happens. During 2018 recieved a huge ammount of Ghost calls with Calls connected to third parties unaware i was on call bahahh weird.Stuff.

The prepaid number is still active? If so, then as I said before, that number probably got on spam/marketing lists.
