Alert vibrations not always working

Has anyone had any problems with the vibration is not working? I find 50% of the time my watch does not vibrate when alert comes in , before I return the watch I want to make sure it's my watch and not android wear or common with the 360.

Of note the alerts I'm having problems with are both text messages and appointments. The banner pops up but no vibration is felt other times I get both the banner and vibration

Mine seems to work just fine but you could try to reset the watch (NOT THE PHONE) if you go into setting you can find a device reset switch
