Question Alert when phone pick up not working S24

Hi, i have a Galaxy S24 and for some reason the aler when phone picked up stopped working for messages but does work for missed calls. I've tried to toggle on/off, restart phone but it still does not work. Any suggestions? This phone is only a couple of months old. Thanks

Just for troubleshooting info, which message app are you using? Google, Samsung or something else?

I'm using Samsung messages

I'm using Google Messages on my s24 Ultra & it is not working for me either.

Guess it's time to go through the settings & see what I find...
