Question Completely lost on country changing

I feel like I've looked everywhere and nobody seems to have an answer that works. We've moved to France from Canada and I can not get anything to work for changing the country of my Google Play store. The only thing to note is that my wife and I have a "Family" group so that when one buys an app and it's a Family Library app the other can have it as well. I'd rather not disconnect that because I'm afraid of those apps being deleted if the Family grouping no longer exists.
Can someone please give me some help on how to change my country, I'm losing my mind on this.

According to this help page (https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/7431675?hl=en), you have to delete your Family Group in order to change your country.

The apps that your family have already installed will remain on their devices. I think that once you re-establish the Family Group, they should be able to regain access to all of the other features again without issue.
