All apps non-functional each morning

Every morning when I take my S10 off the charger, NONE of the apps will work unless I do a "close all"...then the phone works again. Only occurs after the phone has been on the charger over night.

Any idea why this occurs?
This just started about 2-3 weeks ago and I updated the OS yesterday.

One UI version - 1.1
Android version - 9
Kernel version - 4.14.78
Build number - PPR1.180610.011.G973USQU2BSGJ

Try clearing cache in recovery?

Wiped the cache...now I'll have to wait until tomorrow morning to see if that fixed it. I can't seem to duplicate this any other way...even it if sits on my charger during the day, when I grab the phone every thing works. This leads me to think something is happening during the night hours that is causing this. Auto-restart is disabled, so not sure what is causing this.
