all calls being forward to voice mail after Feb 19th update

Help!! All my calls are being forwarded to voicemail after the last Samsung update on 2/19/2019 (or early am 2/20/2019).
I have no opportunity to answer.
I have True Caller (caller id app) and Should I Answer (call block app), but I have no changed any settings for these since I installed.
I have double checked all my phone settings but am at a loss!!
This is my business phone so must fix asap!

I would remove or disable those apps to see if it makes a difference. If it is solved then restore one of them to check for proper operation before trying the other.

If removing those apps doesn't solve it, check with your cellular carrier. It could be a setting at their end to route your calls directly to voicemail.

Problem solved.. Simple as turn off/wait 90 sec/turn back on... Palm to forehead.. DUH!!
