All day Exchange events

I seem to be having an issue when I sync my phone with Exchange server. All day appointments show fine if created in Exchange (as a event in the top of the day) in Outlook. When synced to my phone its shows up as a full day (taking up space from 12:00 AM to 12:00 AM. Has anyone else seen this? Is it a bug in Android? I have this both stock and rooted.

FishTender27, I'm having the exact same issue on my Verizon HTC Thunderbolt. Very irritating. Have you figured out what's causing this or how to make it stop? Thanks,

I have not. Since I could not find a resolution I opted to just remove the Exchange account.
