Hello All,
I have had my Galaxy Note 10.1 2014 edition for a month now but only had a real chance to use it in the last 2 weeks while on holidays. It was working fine until one day it kept locking itself and making the sound as if I had pressed the lock button. Since then the volume up/down, home button and stylus have stopped working. The power, back, and menu buttons are still responsive.
I thought it was interesting that the stylus/ S Pen does not even work on the screen nor does it bring up the menu or make a sound when ejected. Other then these issues, everything is working fine.
I am thinking it needs to be returned but thought it was worth asking here in the chance I have turned something on/off. I have factory reset it and still have the same issues.
Anyone have any experience or advice for this issue?
