ALL ICS ROMS causing the same problem with phone app!!!

Ok, i have been through many ICS Roms. Now i am on Scott's CleanROM. The problem that keeps occuring is that everytime try to dial a number, the phone crashes and reboots. Everything else works fine. PLEASE HELP! I am kinda new to this stuff as well...

You need to run the GB old firmware patch, or run the latest ICS leak RUU, OOOOORRR S-Off and go back to GB.
