It's labeled as a rumor. But, I hope it's true. Honestly, I'd love to see more Android phones released as Nexus devices with the option to enable a skin if desired.

Since switching from Sense to Nova Launcher, I found some nice items that Sense hid out of sight: car panel, shortcut to the camcorder in the app drawer, etc. And, my phone runs smoother. This makes me even more interested in seeing what pure Jelly Bean is like.
