WiFi calling is much more valuable with VoLTE as a call will continue if you leave the WiFi network coverage whereas without VoLTE the call will drop. Which I always used to find really frustrating

For me, I only use WiFi calling in complete signal black spots. Like my house or the IT bunkers I frequent.
Volte does give me signal where I wouldn't get it before though.
Only downside to the EVR firmware is the wait for updates.

I have an unlocked Note directly from Samsung and read today unlocked get after carriers and it may be 2-3 weeks. I am hoping we get the AR Emoji.
