Prices went up this year. Depending on the sale, I might get the S25+.

Samsung wanted to stick with last year's pricing but at the end, it couldn't, due to rising component costs and issues..

There's no effin way. If I'm going to upgrade to a device that contains mostly just aesthetic changes, I'm not giving up 512GB storage.

I am mostly interested in 16GB memory but they're going to have to do another free upgrade to 512GB like last time if I'm ever going to buy this device, even with $900 trade. There's $50 for early reservation credit, but Samsung isn't clear what the remaining difference is for the "up to $1250 in credits." It could just go towards accessories that I can easily do without.

Does everyone interpret from this, along with what we've read and heard , that the 512 GB storage option of the S25 Ultra will come with 16 GB of RAM?

I take a lot of videos and pictures. Our daughter, concerts, etc. My 512gb S22 ultra is nearly full.

That's a lot of money for the 1tb, but I may have to just do it.

Does Verizon sell the 1tb, or just the 512? I'll have to do payments and I'm signed up with the Samsung release, but not sure how those pre-orders work. Always went through Verizon directly.

I would trade a 6000 mAh battery for the S-Pen in a heartbeat.....
Really? Not me. I love the all day battery life, but I love that SPen even more. I've been using one since 2013 and is what keeps me with Samsung. I HAD to have the Pixel 9 Pro and used it all of 2 months before going back to my 24 U, mainly because of the spen.

I'm able to charge anytime and have a few battery packs strewn about, but I realize that's not everyone's story, hence bigger battery requests. Faster charging speeds are for sure welcomed though. I'm amazed at the Ferrari speeds out there!

I'm getting 6-7 hours SOT on my S24 Ultra, so I wouldn't be concerned about battery life. I love the S Pen. I didn't think I'd use it but since my S22 Ultra in 2022, I've loved it so much I wouldn't want to be without it.

Aren't they ditching BT connectivity on the S-pen in favor of Qi2 wireless charging?

If they install the magnetic ring inside the phone it would cause issues in the same way as the Magsafe style cases.

Yeah, that's what I heard. Beat the purpose of the S-Pen function.

That's what they're saying, and it would suck. However, we haven't always had bt connectivity/remote feature. It's nice, but there's still the magnification feature, translate text, accuracy, screen write...it's still useful.

I identify with you, I have two daughters and I have the phone full of photos and videos, first I use the Google rewards app and with that money I pay for the Google 1 of 200gb, I keep only the important there so I live cleaning the phone every time I can, thinking that the S25 was coming and it's time to change my s23 I got a 500gb SSD crucial X6 external hard drive very cheap, and take everything out of Google 1 from 2022 onwards. Just leave 2023 until today.
It means that the 512gb is more than enough. For me I meant.

I have serious
"STORAGE ANXIETY".

I've been gifted iPads without enough Storage...
Tired of cleaning up Mom's phones. Now she will Never have less than 128gb.

Finally just had it & purchased the 1TB S24U when we all upgraded.
But
It's my only device - for everything.
Could I Trade in for S25U, & afford it?
Better to say, Not feel Guilty about it ???

Let me know if the CAMERA Has improved IMMENSELY...
