Allowing a website access to the camera on my Galaxy S21.

I have tried everything to allow the motorway car selling site to my camera, but got nowhere. Something so simple you would think.
Most places advocated going into chrome then settings then advanced then site settings then camera and click on the website/app you want to give permission to...but there are no apps or websites listed. I have tried going into the website then doing the above, but nothing.
The phone is about to be hit with a hammer.
Surely there has to be a way to do it.
Help please!!

Does chrome have access to photos permission?
Have you tried Samsung internet browser on the device?

Welcome to Android Central! On that website, when you try to use the feature to take a picture of your car and upload it, does it give you a prompt to grant Camera permission?
