Almost 5 months later

I have to agree with OP. This is easily the best phone I've ever owned.

Treo > Droid 1 > Droid 3 (Returned and got Bionic instead) > Galaxy Nexus > Note 2.

The only phone I see possibly replacing this Note 2 is the Note 3. I can't go smaller screen after having this phone.

This is still the best phone on the market and nothing's been released that can even compare.
I'm am in love with this phone even more than the first day I met her.
Ditching my htc blunderbolt and buying this phone was the best telecommunications decision I've ever made.

Ditto..I totally love this phone!

iPhone 4>thunderbolt>bionic>razr>nexus>S3>note 3(white) and just used my tablet upgrade yesterday to get the gray one. Gf got the hand me down and she wasn't complaining one bit.

Did it take getting used to the size or was it not a big deal? I thought about it but the size was a deterrent.

I have small hands and the moment I first played with the Note2 I was impressed. I have not had any issues with its size. I am loving this phone so much. Been told by coworkers they are jealous. And three of them have iPhones. ;)

Since last December the N2 is my first smart phone and the first time I'm had a data plan. I was holding out for something that would let me read online text for hours at a time and do that in the woods far from chairs and desks and human distractions. The big screen and big battery let me do that.

At home my N2 is paired with a BT keyboard and works well enough that I've put off upgrading my PC. That trend is hurting MS and Intel.

Smashed the Nexus sceen. I prefer the Nexus line, but the Note 2 is solid.

S4 will be out soon, and it should rival the Note 2. Also, a Nexus 5 is possible with KLP coming out of Google I/O next month.

Sorry I guess you missed the messing around part. I prefer stock Android with KLP on the way compared to touch wiz.
