To install, just download the zip and install it from Clockworkmod. Its a fast update. So far I don't notice much of a difference from A3...HD video is still very choppy, but I haven't tried other videos.this is mainly a bug fix and performance update.

have you guys tried overclocking to 1.5 with AnTuTu CPU Master (Free)? It helped the slingplayer app. Still a little choppy but better. Haven't tried local media as I use webos kalemsoft media player for that.
