Already at 4.0.4, but getting notified of new update?

I recently received my GSM unlocked Galaxy Nexus from Google. I got it set up on AT&T and did all update checks to make sure I was at 4.0.4 and then I installed CWM and rooted the phone. Now usually after a reboot I get notified that there is an update (17-18 MB) to bring my phone to the latest version of Android (4.0.4). However, when I go under information about my phone, version 4.0.4 is what is listed.

Has anyone else seen this or know what this update is about? Thanks.

To be more precise, you most likely have 4.0.4 IMM76D. The update you're getting is 4.0.4 IMM76I
