Already ordered my case

I always use the same case, it's a two piece full phone case that protects front and back. I've used it on almost every phone I have owned.

When I had an S7 I realized that the edge model (which I did not own) did not have this case as an option, because of the curved screen. So I assumed the S8 would not have this case as an option.

Well turns out the S8 does have this case as an option, with the front protection!

Ordered mine the other day.

A lot of people don't like using their phones without a case, I'm getting one in before my phone arrives. Even if it is not a perfect fit it beats keping my phone in a sock

Plus smartphones are big business of course.

I actually knitted a little sock for my S7 before I got it! I will order a clear case now but I'm also liking and might invest in standard clear view standing cover. £50 though eeekkk!

I've ordered a case too - it's being delivered today. It's the same one I had on my S7, a Spigen Thin Fit in matte black. Looked really nice on my black S7.
