I'm slightly familiar with rooting but no very. So I have a basic question. Is it possible to root the S5 (with a provided method posted on android central) to root the phone and then load specific things such as a custom battery icon? Basically not putting a full custom ROM on but just individual things like a new battery icon or perhaps modifying other similar things

there usually is several different ways to change up your look with out flashing diff roms xposed framework is great way to change colors and looks of things with some add on modules
