Alternative to Samsung Flow needed

I have a new S9+. Sidesync does not work on S9, it has been replaced by Samsung Flow. But on the PC Samsung Flow requires Windows 10 and I have Windows 7 (which I much prefer).

Are there any decent third party apps that do the same? Besides the screen sharing, in order of preference, other features of sidesync I use are:

Shared copy/paste buffer.
Open phone browser page in PC browser.
Notification's on PC also in separate window.
Drag and drop file sharing.

Sidesync still works, I have it on my S9+. Download it from the Play Store. I think it's wifi only tho (no Bluetooth or USB - I'll check today if I get a chance).

Well from a security perspective you might as well jump to Windows 10 as Windows 7 is no longer supported for non-enterprise OS.

EDIT: Correction, I guess Microsoft will continue to release security patches until 2020 so I guess you're still safe. Carry on.

No, it does not show up on the Playstore for Oreo. You must have downloaded it, before it was pulled for Oreo onwards. If yours is still working, don't uninstall it, because you won't be able to get it back.
