I typically have several wall chargers around the house and office but I called my carrier and they want $45 for the standard wall charger. Is there an equal quality alternative out there? I've checked amazon and ebay but wanted to see what folks have tried and is safe for the device. I have the 10+

TIA

Hi, $45 for the 45w wall charger? I would recommend getting the 25w wall charger which came with the Note 10+ as it is already fast enough. (Apparently faster than OnePlus's 30w Warp Charger)

I noticed something yesterday. I plugged in my note 10+ with the charger and cable included with it. The phone read 35 minutes to full charge.

I then plugged in my 3rd party cable that I used on my note 8, with the adapter and charger included with the note 10+ and the phone read 3 hours til full charge.

Next I plugged the 3rd party cable with the charger included with my note 8 and the phone read 35 minutes til full charge.

I believe they were quoting me for the standard 25w charger which from my research about as good as the 45w.

If im not mistaken. The difference is big as in charging speed.
From what I've seen from the few that have succeeded, it's only a 5-10 minute savings going from empty to full. There may be some additional speed in the very low end, below 50% charge, but I don't recommend letting a phone get low enough to make noticeable use of that extra speed in the first place. For such a small battery, I think the 45W charging is overkill.
