Alternatives to Blackberry Privacy Shade

While I'm really getting re-aquainted with my Nokia phone, and glad to be back with Nokia, there are a few things I do miss from the BlackBerry software, NOT devices. One of those things is the BlackBerry Privacy Shade.

I am not really interested in a paid subscription for BlackBerry Hub+ Services. So does anybody know of a worthy alternative to Blackberry Privacy Shade?
