Alternatives to Samsung Knox

What could I use instead of Knox on a Pixel or other non Samsung phone?

I love Knox. I use it the reverse of what Samsung expects, my personal private data lives in Knox. I have my banking apps, my password recovery email, and a browser I use for personal stuff in Knox. Photos. All private.

I require a pin to access Knox which keeps that stuff safe and just a fingerprint to open the phone outside Knox. That's close to two factor authentication to get into banking apps, private email, whatever I want private: gotta unlock the phone with fingerprint AND unlock Knox with PIN. And I can hand my phone to somebody to play with knowing they can't get in there.

So rapid access to phone, messages, camera, non secure browser but my sensitive data is locked in Knox.

This also seems to mean I'm locked into Samsung.

What could I use instead?

Here is a link to some info that says KNOX is not too secure. Although that article is 3 years old, I have no indication that KNOX has been fixed to prevent the issues mentioned.

There seems to be several versions of KNOX. Maybe some versions are more secure. Maybe someone that uses a more secure version may add some info to this thread.

I have an s7 running My Knox so yes that's out of date. I don't expect Knox to defeat the NSA, just phone thieves.
