always on display after Oreo won't shift

I use the small clock on the edge and it doesn't shift anymore either. I tried one of the bigger clocks and it only shifts when I lock and unlock. Hope they fix this soon because I really miss my AOD.

Should have mentioned that I'm on T-Mobile.

I'm on Virgin Mobile Canada, and my AOD is fixed in one spot so I have it turned off still.

Tmobile and mine doesn't move either. Guess I'll take it off.
I decided to mark where my clock was with a sticky note. Turns out it *is* moving - just much more slowly and incrementally than before. Still monitoring my sticky just to make sure it seems like it moves enough to avoid screen burn-in...not sure how much that is, but I would guess it doesn't have to be too much. (T-Mobile)

Well, I have 3 post-it notes around my AOD and have yet to see it move. How long was it taking to notice it had moved?

I just re-set my post-it and timed how long until I was sure it had moved and it was 2-3 minutes. It moves slow enough that it is hard to tell even with the post-it. It was 2 min when I thought it had, but I wanted to make sure it wasn't just that I was looking at a slightly different angle. Which was closer to the 3 min mark. Before finding this thread I had never paid attention to how quickly it moved, so I'm not sure how this compares to before. When I was watching it last night it ended up moving quite a bit over an hour or so and once I did see it jump quite a bit to the right, but then I went to bed. I haven't had my screen off long enough to watch for that this morning, which is why I decided on the 'post-it note method' to make sure that it keeps moving and isn't just a sporadic thing. So far, so good....

Hmmm, I can't see any movement and it's been 40 minutes. Retesting one more time.

Before the update I could just glance at it every once in awhile and definitely tell it had moved.

The original, default one.
Not sure how I thought my test would be helpful regardless of whether or not it moved, but it has been 20 minutes and no movement with the default AOD clock. When I unlock my screen and lock it again the clock moves, but otherwise nothing.

I just went to try the AOD and turn it back on, looks like there's an update. I'll try that now.

My AoD (T-Mobile, using custom image) shifts by about 1mm after 30-45 minutes. I see no screen burn-in, so whatever they're doing appears to be adequate.
