Is everyone leaving the always on display on or off?

Don't know why but I felt the urge to turn it off. :p

I will be leaving it on

Sent from my Verizon Samsung Galaxy Note 5

Turned mine straight off. Don't see the point of it.

On a side note.. I imagine as batteries get bigger or better this will pave the way for advertising in the future. A bit like the kindle. When you leave a kindle lying about it displays ads now.

Turned off after 5first minutes. Completely useless at this time as samsung has crippled it totally by not supporting 3rd party apps on it.

I'm leaving mine on, it looks nice and it's convenient. Can't use power saving mode with it though. It's one or the other.

I'll be leaving it on. Quite like it at the moment.

Turned off. Whatsapp is my main messaging app and as it doesn't support it, it renders it completely useless to me.

Still trying to decide. While it's nice to look over and see the time, that's essentially all it's good for. Showing my a little envelope icon saying I have a message, but providing no further info, is the same as the notification light. Also there's usually a clock within eyesight everywhere I ever go, so I am not sure the value of it as of yet. But people think it's cool when they see it, so it has some showcase value.. which wears thin after a few days. I'll probably turn it off.

I turned it off, I don't see the usefulness of it really, I don't use the stock sms app, so it doesn't display text notifications, and I'm trained to think it drains the battery lol

I am not seeing the envelope showing that there is a message, and I am using the stock email app. What email are you using?

On. I'm constantly checking the time on my phone when I'm at home and I'm not wearing my watch so it's a useful feature for me. I don't have any clocks in my place.. lol.
