Always phone voice in my watch

when my phone call then comes the voice out through my watch. How can I disconnect this.

I've tried "sound about" but I can't find a manual

Welcome to Android Central! Which watch do you have? Try going to Settings>Bluetooth ​on your phone, select the watch, and uncheck Phone Audio.
