So today I was messing with Debian Noroot. It finally got its first update after 4.5 years, finally works on Android 9 Pie and works a ton faster than ever before. So I decided to have some fun. I loaded the app onto my tablet, set everything up and using the included script that installs 64-bit Chromium (open-source edition of Google Chrome). I then proceeded to mess around and eventually loaded https://copy.sh/v86/. This allowed me to run Windows 98 and 95 in the browser. It is UNUSABLY slow, with a peak speed of less than 400K instructions per second (LOL!). See pictures below as that speaks more than 100000 words...
