Am i using wifi or not?

Ok i know this is probly a dumb question but i turn wifi on connect to my home network and the wifi signal shows up but how do i know if i am using wifi or verizon's network? its not like when you turn wifi on 3g goes away.

If the wifi signal bar is up with your other status icons


Just make sure it doesn't have a question-mark next to it

As long as you have that wifi icon up there working, then you are utilizing that instead of the Verizon data network.

ok that clears it all up so as long as the wifi signal is up im on that network

Yupp. As long as you have the little wifi indicator up there, you should be connected to that.
