For months my AT&T phone refused to update. I've had UBREAKIFIX flash it. I've had ODIN flash it 4 times after it refused to update. I finally got a good copy of AT&T's version and flashed it with ODIN.
Last month, late one night I told my phone to search for an update and it updated to FTK2 with no problem. Tonight it told me that it was about to update by itself and then installed FTL2 all by itself.
Of course it's nothing but the security update but dang, it's nice not to worry about it anymore. (hopefully)
So if you're running AT&T, the monthly update is coming out now.

Perhaps they finally discovered the memo stating the phone was in their stable of devices
