Amazon App Store - All Apps FCing

So, I was rooted and allowed unknown apps. I updated and discovered the other day that I still have the ability to side-load (saw a barcode for amazon app store and tried it and it installed the program).

I have been downloading the free apps of the day and started with some grocery app and it works fine. I downloaded yesterdays app and it kept force closing and I blamed it on the app. I just installed today's free app and it force closes upon opening.

Is anyone else having problems with apps installed from the Amazon App Store? I've power cycled the phone and still nothing.

yesterdays did it for me too..but if you read the reviews...almost everyone is getting the same problem.

Why can't at&t just support freaking side loading like everyone else? ... it bothers me when the carriers get in the way of a product being amazing.

Yeah, about 1/3 of the App of the Day apps on Amazon I've downloaded have had problems with force closing. I don't know what the deal is. Also, I've noticed that Amazon is at a minimum two days behind the App Market with updates. Kindle (and Amazon product) was three days behind being updated on Amazon's own app store. Crazy.

Actually, after making the post I went on and checked the reviews of yesterdays app and saw where everyone was complaining.

I guess I need not look a gift horse in the mouth and just be excited I can still sideload even after the recent update

Didn't notice every app from Amazon was FCing until I read this thread smh. I hope it gets fixed

Well, I just downloaded TuneIn Radio and it works fine...must have just been a couple of crappy apps.
