Amazon Appstore won't Install

My wife is using my "old" Evo and when I tried to load the Amazon Appstore it says "not enough space" or something like that.

There are barely any apps installed yet and there is 7.4 gb on the SD card available.

Any ideas?

The Amazon Appstore is installed to your phone memory, not the SD card, so that 7.4GB means nothing when it comes to installing apps(unless you move them to SD after installing). I think the Evo has like 300mb of storage user available. Thats one of the main downsides to HTC phones vs Motorola. HTC is very skimpy on memory storage with Sprint phones for some reason. I dont know if its a HTC or Sprint thing.

I took the card out and it said it must have an ad card to install. The evo has. Over 200 mb available for app install right now. Something weird going on.
