Amazon Fire Phone, No connection

I loaded Google Play store on my Amazon Fire Phone. When I open Google Play Store app is says : No connection.
When I go to Google Play Store on my PC and try to load a app to my phone, it says device not found. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
