Amazon Orders

Anyone who wants one of these bad, and hasn't received theirs yet, is crazy to have kept their Amazon order. I'm on my second Prime. Each time I ordered from a vendor my lingers wait was 3 days. There seems to be a steady flow of them to Best Buy now, and other vendors like Office Depot, NewEgg.com, BJs.com (where I got my most recent), etc. I just don't understand waiting till the end of January or even February if it's not 100% necessary. I was one of the original first day pre-orders on Amazon back in early November until Amazon decided to just up and cancel my order on me. Turns out they did me a big favor.

EDIT: P.S. I love doing business with Amazon so I get that and they do have a great return policy. But still waiting an extra month just doesn't seem worth it.

I'm waiting for the 64gb champagne one and plus i got $200 off of it on amazon so its worth it.

Im new here- Hi.. Anyway.. This post just made my week.. Been looking for a 64gb Prime.. Found it at BJs.com.. I never even thought to look there. Shipping says 3-5 days. We'll see i guess.

I ordered on the 19th but my sister ordered it. I need to find out if she got a shipping confirmation or not. Im sure my order got moved up....it had to of..

If mine doesn't ship tomorrow then I will get whatever the newest whiz bang tablet they show off at CES. I am tired of Asus and their incompetence in getting this tablet out, as well as the hardware problems. F them!

And by the way, I ordered 3 of them from Amazon on December 19. I was told by an Amazon cs agent today that they did not get any tablets in on the 7th.

I ordered from Amazon on the 19th and havent heard anything since. I just ditched Amazon and ordered 2 from Office Depot. They said it should be here tomorrow. Hopefully that is the case.

I ordered a 64Gb Transformer Prime and keyboard dock for my wife from Amazon on Nov 22. I was pretty disgusted mid-December when an Amazon message declared that the arrival date would be between Jan 26 - Feb. 12, but what could I do buy wait it out? Then this weekend they cancelled my order because the credit card that I had used expired in January 2012 (their credit card, and I had another valid credit card on the account). The message said that they were undertaking the charging process when they 'discovered' the card expiration date. This was suspicious, since they don't have any 64Gb machines as far as I know, so why would they be charging now? Has anyone else had their Amazon order cancelled who paid partially or wholly with Amazon points? I wonder if that is associated with these cancellations?

Maybe i just got insanely lucky but my order from BJ's.com for a 64gb Champagne that i playced Sunday at 1am has been shipped and FedEx currently has it with delivery expected by 7pm Thursday!!!!

I would still be starring at an Amazon screen if it werent for this thread...lol

I tried to speak to online customer service and they couldn't tell me anything other than what was on the estimated delivery date. Still waiting on an update for my order for a 32gb amethyst placed on the 21st.

Ordered from Office Depot. It is in warehouse and ready to be delievered on the 11th. If you are still waiting on Amazon I suggest going the office depot route!

I ordered from Amazon on December 26th. Happened to be checking the internet when Best Buy had some in stock and ordered from them on 1/6. I then cancelled my Amazon order, which was estimated to be filled between 2/1 - 2/15. My Prime is arriving today (used Express option) via UPS.

Looks like Amazon is a dead end.

I was debating that as well, but roughly a $50 difference for me between tax and "expedited" shipping etc. For only a week more (now at least) I can wait to save that money, but if it start running into a month more, that is a different story. Especially since many on here mention their 19th orders being shipped (I ordered 20th).
