Hello everyone, I moved to the Essential Phone in December, and since then my 6P was placed in the drawer where it belonged. I decided to call Amazon's customer service and they told me to call Huawei, which I did. They wanted to charge me $160 to replace the battery. I then called Amazon again and they sent me a shipping label and are refunding me all $350. My device was out of warranty for six months. Wish you all good luck, you'll need it.
