I am considering buying my next phone from AmazonWireless and am wondering if anyone has experience with them on replacement phones if the need arises.
I've only ever gotten one replacement phone from Verizon and they sent one overnight and I just sent the broken one back in a box they provided. No hassle requesting a replacement and very smooth process.
