Ambient sound issues

[Android Central Question]

Since the newest update on my galaxy buds pro the ambient sound no longer works with just one ear bud in. Didn't know if this was because of update or just over use. Anyone else having this problem?

Sorry resetting meaning delete from Bluetooth then add back
