Amperage for Nexus 7 (2013)?

I'm looking at a charger for my Nexus 7 on amazon and it has several options. The versions available are 2.1A, 2A L-type, 3.5A, and 4A dual. Which would work best with my tablet?

I'll be watching this thread for the answer--some other forum said 2 amp, but I don't remember which one said that.

OTOH with the new software I'm finding it charges much better directly from my laptop than any of my wall chargers. That's not practical in the long run though! If anyone knows the specs for a laptop computer output, that would point me to the right charger.

My home laptop is an old Gateway, my work laptop I'll have to tell you tomorrow from work.

My nexus 7 won't charge from any other wall plugs that aren't the original, don't know about you. I've tried Samsung, Motorola, apple, zte-none except the original work. Just a word of caution
