An email issue

When I open my email i have to tap load more and see images to see the whole email. I just want to see the mail without tapping these other buttons. I never had to do this on sny other phone. Can someone help me with yhis issue?

No no, which app are you using to access your email? Gmail? Samsung email?

I use outlook official app from the play store and works great for me

He is using Samsung email. I tried it out and noticed this myself.

You have to go to settings and check load images for the particular account.
