An Epic for Verizon?

anything is better then MOTO BLUR.

trust me, ive played with touchwiz 4.0, the thing FLIES.

its much better then 3.0.

as far as the epic, it can be over clocked to 1.4ghz and undervolted nicely.

i dont run 1300 or 1400mhz because they get my phone too warm, but running 1.2 overclocked and undervolted the phone flies, great benchmarks, and battery life is great. i got 20 hours of usage today.

this will be a great phone that will last a long time for people.

personally, only issue i have with the epic is the hinges, they become loose.mine kinda waffles back and forth when the screen is closed.

ive never used the hard keyboard and wish i didnt get it with one

Your overclock news is great to hear, after I was let down by the confirmation that the VZW version has Galaxy S 1 internals.

I'm still bummed at the lack of RAM...why are all these slider handsets midrange? Droid 3 is high end, but only due to its processor and (this one's arguable) screen. A dual core processor doesn't mean squat if the phone will end up lagging when you open a lot of (or one heavily demanding) apps.

I feel so funky.
My first smartphone was Metro's Galaxy Indulge, because I can't type well on a touchscreen.

When I started working for Verizon I needed to get a big screened, non-keyboarded phone, cause I refuse to have the "Q" share a key with the "1". I also refused to get anything less than 4G speeds.
I got the Droid Charge. I LOVE my Charge...I hold it sacred, like the farmer holds the land sacred, like a priest holds the Bible sacred....

Some more info on this device is now available, such as the model number which is the Samsung SCH-i405. It has a single-core 1GHz processor with 512MB of RAM. The resolution of the display is 480 x 800 and there is an 1800mAh battery powering the device.
Now, what am I supposed to do with this? This phone is gonna be AWESOME!!! That's a huge battery. You know the screen is gonna be beautiful. Part of me is thinking "where was this two months ago?" and the rest of me is more than happy with the my Charge.

I need a way to switch ESN's on the fly. Maybe I can talk to my boss and see if he'll let me test run one for a month. I could alternate...Charge Mondays, "Slider" Tuesdays, etc.

Ur so rude let people post wht they want it was about dual core and it had something to do with it so... ya

What posted was a question. The OP was about the Epic(single core phone slider) on Verizon and that post was about the EVO3D dual core phone and how great that phone is.

Every Post before that was talking about a single core. I don't know why or how you took what I posted as rude. I just wanted to know what that post meant. maybe it was meant for another threat and the person click on this one by mistake maybe it was just a post.

If you were offended by that or anyone, then don't be. It was not my intention .
