An intelligent app that will read content of web pages

is there an android app that will read web pages but is intelligent enough to understand content that are ads etc. and junk links in the web page and avoid them. I tried pocket and Voice Aloud Reader and both don't have that feature.

Try Chrome's Reading Mode: https://www.androidauthority.com/google-chrome-reading-mode-2-3354627/. If you tap the Play button, it'll read out loud to you.

I just bring up Google Assistant and ask it to "read this page", it does a fairly good job of only reading actual content. I don't think you'll find anything that will intelligently skim out all ads though, although using reader mode as diddy suggested should help.
