My new note 3 just arrived in the mail! This is my first android phone. So i have a question. The very first phone call i made, crashed and I had to restart the phone to get things working again. It just never gave me a dial tone, then the end call button was highlighted but never went away. Is this kind of thing normal on android? I have been able to make calls since, but one more did drop unexpectedly.

The main function of a phone is to make calls and this should not happen on any phone. I agree that it is not normal for android devices either.
