Currently I'm using Redmi Note9s mobile but it's battery timing is only two hours. How can I sustain it for longer time. Please give me your valuable opinion about it.

I moved this from the General News forum to the Xiaomi forum.

It might help to measure the battery health using Accubattery. This app requires a couple of full charge cycles to determine the health. If it's <85%, that would be a fairly deteriorated battery.

Where are you getting the 2 hour length showing?

Are you familiar with the Settings - Battery options.

Is this Redmi 9S new to you?

It has a 5020 mah battery and is a similar age to my Xiaomi Poco F2, and you also have a fairly decent SD720 SoC.
Accubattery I have used for many years but don't need it on this phone currently.

Open the Security app and let it run it's clean up sweeps for all the areas highlighted.

You should be able to pinpoint where the problem is. I need to remind myself the best way to do that so I might post again! 🤔

Also at the bottom of the Security app try "Solve Problems" which includes a battery check.

Like everyone is suggesting, you need to find out what's causing the battery drain. It could be an app or software problem which is fixable, or it could be a bad battery that needs to be replaced.

If you don't want to run any of the tests that B. Diddy or Madd62 suggested (which I would do), then the next easiest thing is doing a factory reset, and setting the phone up without restoring or installing ANY third party apps. Then if it still only lasts 2 hours you know the battery is bad. If it lasts a lot longer you know an app you installed was most likely the problem.

This is really the best advice we can give you, you're going to have to do a little work to figure the problem out 😉 Good luck 👍
